We (Paul & Fi) live next door to Le Chai Villa and we are on hand to help you with advice on what to do and where to go on your holiday.
Pre-arrival Shop
We are more than happy to do a pre-arrival food and drink shop for you to ensure your fridge is stocked ready for your arrival. There is a charge for this service plus the cost of the total shop. If you would like to take advantage of this service, please let us know.
High Speed Internet
At Le Chai Villa we have high speed internet throughout the property and in the pool and garden areas too which is provided by hard wired access points to ensure excellent coverage everywhere within the Villa, outside too.
Bed Linen & Towels
All bed linen, bath and pool towels are provided for your stay, including shower mats, tea towels and hand towels. If you would like additional pillows for the beds, please do not hesitate to ask. We also provide clean bed linen and towels for any stay longer than one week.
Young Children
We provide a travel cot with bedding and a high chair for young children. We also have a anti-slip mat for the bath, a step for them to reach the sink and stairgates. We also have child-proof catches on all cupboard doors which contain cleaning products. There are also some inside games, inflatables and games for the pool and a range of outdoor play equipment, including a table tennis table, soft archery, petanque and football goal.

Chateaux Cuisine can also offer weekly chef hire for your holiday or just a special occasion. Please contact Alicia directly to enquire at www.chateauxcuisine.com or email chateauxcuisine@gmail.com. You will also find them on Facebook and Instagram.
Garden Produce
We have a small range of organic garden produce available at various times during the year, of which you are more than welcome to help yourself. We have a small herb garden just outside the kitchen/diner next to the BBQ.
Equipment
In the Villa you will find a Senseo coffee machine, American fridge-freezer providing chilled water and ice, a Bluetooth radio/CD player, iron and ironing board, a hoover, a USB charging point in every bedroom and on some of the bedside lamps, a hairdryer in each bedroom, along with a full length mirror in each bedroom. We have mosquito nets on all the bedroom windows and also some of the doors.
Cleaning Products
We provide all cleaning products, washing powder, dishwasher tablets, rinse aid, bin bags, toilet and kitchen rolls
End of Stay Clean
When you leave, all we ask is that you tidy up. We will clean to ensure that the property is as perfect as when you arrived but we would appreciate if all the games, toys, books etc be returned to where you found them, this includes all outside cushions, furniture and sun loungers.
Arrival & Departure
The Villa will be available to you from 4pm on the day of arrival and until 10am on the day of departure. If you would like to drop off your luggage before 4pm, please let us know beforehand.
EV Charging Point
Our nearest EV charging point is in Sigoules, between the post office and the school and only a 5 minute drive from the Villa. You will find EV charging points is all towns in the Dordogne. We are sorry we are not able to provide EV charging on site.

Sorry, we do not allow pets at the Villa and no smoking is allowed in the Villa. You can smoke outside only.
